1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy outlines the methods of collection, processing, and storage of personal data within the "OlympCode" project. The website for this project is www.olympcode.com
(hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

The data controller is Codeforia s.c., located in Warsaw (02-454) Poland, Szczęsna Street 26, VAT ID: 5223267406.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR).

 

Data collected by the Controller will be:

  • Processed lawfully,

  • Processed for specified purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with those purposes,

  • Factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,

  • Stored no longer than is necessary to achieve the processing purpose.

 

2. Purposes of Data Processing

The Administrator processes personal data necessary for the realization of the "OlympCode" project.

 

Personal data will be processed for the purposes of:

  • Class registration,

  • Communication with the User to provide information and materials as part of the program's implementation,

  • Analysis and statistics within the program's implementation,

  • Contact using the provided data as part of the program's implementation.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above.

3. Duration of Personal Data Processing

Data processing based on consent will be conducted until its withdrawal, provided that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing performed before such withdrawal.

 

4. Information on Processing

Depending on the processing purpose, personal data may be disclosed to:

  • Entities associated with the Administrator,

  • Entities cooperating with the Administrator,

  • Subcontractors, especially entities providing and servicing selected IT systems and solutions,

  • Courier and postal service providers,

  • Legal offices.

 

5. Complaints

Every User has the right to lodge complaints regarding the operation of this service. Complaints should be sent electronically to: info@olympcode.com

 

6. Final Provisions

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy while preserving the rights of Users under this document.

 

Users will be informed of any changes to the Privacy Policy through an announcement available on the Service.

 

These regulations come into effect on January 10, 2024.
